From Steel Sheet to Finished Product -- All In-House
The manufacturing process for the pallet jack safety system leverages the full range of Evotec's metalworking capabilities. Each unit passes through several production stages, all carried out at our Arnsberg facility:
- Stamping and Forming: The base plate and bracket components are precision-stamped from steel sheet on our in-house press lines. Our stamping technology allows us to produce complex geometries with tight tolerances in high volumes, ensuring every bracket fits perfectly.
- Welding: The stamped components are assembled and joined in our welding shop using MAG welding. Skilled welders ensure strong, clean weld seams that provide the structural integrity required for a load securing device.
- Surface Treatment: After welding, every unit is zinc electroplated with blue chromate passivation. The zinc electroplating with blue chromate passivation provides a durable, corrosion-resistant finish rated for outdoor use in all weather conditions.
- Quality Inspection: Each finished bracket undergoes visual and dimensional inspection before packaging. Our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system (certified by TUV Nord) ensures consistent quality across every production batch.
- Packaging and Dispatch: The system is packaged as a complete kit including the bracket, all mounting hardware, a drill template, and illustrated installation instructions. Dispatch is directly from our facility -- no warehousing intermediaries.
Because we control every production step in-house, we can guarantee short lead times, consistent quality, and the flexibility to accommodate custom orders or large volume requirements.
